Service Terms & Conditions
GENERAL
McSign Coating Technology Inc. will hereby described as ‘Supplier’, and for the party placing orders will be named ‘Buyer’.
1. PAYMENT
1.1 The orders will only be accepted on a valid Pro-forma Invoice counter-signed by the Buyer, and the payment shall only be made upon terms as agreed.
1.2 The Supplier reserves the right to impose a Minimum Order Quantity as for considering a valid order.
2. ORDER CONFIRMATION
2.1 Delivery details will be confirmed to the Buyer via email (if address is given) after the order has been processed or other wise as agreed.
3. DELIVERY
3.1 Special delivery dates and mode of transportation may be arranged, however this cannot be guaranteed if the requested date/time/location is outside that provided by our standard delivery service.
3.2 Delivery dates given by the Supplier are only estimation, thus the Supplier carries no responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever as a result of a failure to commit to any such date.
3.3 It is the Buyer’s responsibility to issue notice of any short delivered or damaged/faulty goods in writing (e-mail or faxed) to the Supplier within 48 hours upon receipt of goods at Buyer’s premises.
4. STOCK AVAILABILITY
4.1 As a Supplier, we will make all reasonable efforts to have the raw materials for items ordered most frequently in stock at all times. If the product is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you in writing (e-mail or faxed) with the anticipated delivery dates or at Buyer’s instruction.
4.2 The Supplier reserves the right to arrange to replace the goods with a similar item upon mutual agreement between both parties.
4.3 Should the Buyer wish to cancel the ordered good(s) instead, the Supplier will provide a full credit refund by crediting the next successful order made by the Buyer.
5. REFUND & REPLACEMENT
5.1 All the goods on order are described as in the Pro-forma Invoice. Reimbursement will only be made for goods that are damaged during transportation and reported within the condition as described in Clause 3.3.
5.2 Reimbursement can also be arranged if both the Supplier and Buyer have validly confirmed the goods delivered was faulty, and the Supplier carries no liability whatsoever for any goods manufactured to a ‘Buyer’s specification’.
5.3 Courier charges on returned goods will be liable by the Supplier only if the returned goods are validly confirmed faulty by the manufactory. Full credit will be given and will be credited towards the next successful order made by the Buyer or as discussed.
6. CANCELLATION
6.1 All valid orders received cannot be cancelled, unless the requested items are out of stock and/or backorder is not available upon mutual mitigation.
POOR WEATHER AND TRAFFIC CONDITIONS
In case of any unexpected or exceptional weather and traffic conditions that the Supplier may not be able to process & deliver orders as per the schedule. In such an instance, the Supplier reserves the right to re-schedule the delivery time, and will contact the Buyer with any changes made.
